Mr. Saurabh Shukla is a highly accomplished Process Engineering professional with extensive experience in FEED (Front-End Engineering Design), detailed engineering, and process plant design. He possesses strong expertise in developing project specifications, design philosophies, Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), process engineering calculations, material and energy balances, and process design for reactors and heat exchangers.

His core competencies include the preparation, evaluation, and implementation of material and energy balances, process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, equipment sizing, utility summaries, and pump hydraulic calculations.

Mr. Shukla has extensive experience in the detailed engineering and design of process equipment, including heat exchangers, process vessels, distillation columns, evaporators, and fermenters, in accordance with internationally recognized standards such as ASME, TEMA, and API.

He is proficient in preparing, evaluating, and implementing project proposals and cost estimations for equipment and machinery. His expertise also extends to the technical evaluation and selection of purchased equipment, including pumps, motors, heat exchangers, rotary equipment, cooling towers, compressors, and blowers.

His specialization covers the engineering and design of chemical and process plants, including bio-ethanol plants, evaporation systems, solvent extraction facilities, and mass transfer technologies.
